Refunds, Returns, and Payment Policy

At Credex Healthcare, we do not offer refunds or returns for our services, except in cases where we become legally unable to fulfill our commitments. We believe in fair business practices and expect to be compensated for the work we complete. However, we also understand that circumstances may change, and we will make every effort to address any performance concerns. Please review your agreement for details on termination provisions.

If we are unable to enroll a provider with a specific health plan, we will apply the payment for that panel to an alternative plan.

Should the scope of work change unexpectedly after the agreement has been signed, we will issue a credit for future services with Credex Healthcare. This credit may be applied toward services such as initial credentialing, maintenance, contract negotiations, search engine optimization, or design services.

Payment Schedule

Payments for services are due upon engagement and receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If maintenance services are selected, they will be billed monthly and will commence once the initial project has been completed.
